1. We are fully accredited with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), as well as with all of the major SETA's as both a skills development provider and decentralised trade test centre.

4. Our ratios of trainer to learners will never exceed 1:12 although we still break our groups of learners down into smaller groups for closer attention.
5. One of our Client Liaison Officers will meet with you and your learners once a month (while at the Academy and once back on site) to discuss their training and identify any concerns.
6. Client Satisfaction Surveys are sent out quarterly to ensure that we are continuously meeting our client's expectations.
